Evinayong is a town in Equatorial Guinea, located in the Centro Sur region on the mainland portion of the country known as Río Muni. It lies in the southeastern part of Río Muni, in the central interior of the mainland.
The town sits atop a small mountain, a distinctive feature of its setting in the region's inland terrain. Evinayong is the administrative centre of the Centro Sur region.
