Assin Fosu is a city located in the Central Region of Ghana. It serves as the capital of the Assin Fosu Municipal Assembly and is ranked as the 65th most populous settlement in the country, with an estimated population of approximately 70,541.
The town is notable for its role as the second training ground for recruits of the Ghana Immigration Service. Additionally, it is known for hosting Obiri Yeboah Secondary School, which is a government-run senior high school and a secondary cycle institution.
