Bitam is a town in the Woleu-Ntem region of northern Gabon. It lies on the N2 road, close to the border with Cameroon.
According to the 2013 census, Bitam had a population of 27,923. Its position on the N2 road and near the Cameroonian border makes it a notable settlement in the country's northern section.
