Voera (Vörå) is a municipality on the west coast of Finland, situated in the Ostrobothnia region along the Gulf of Bothnia. It lies about 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Vaasa and about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southwest of Kokkola.
The municipality has a population of approximately 6,000, while the surrounding sub-region has a population of approximately 112,000. It is the 149th most populous municipality in Finland.
