Juupajoki is a municipality of Finland, located in the Pirkanmaa region. It is the least populous municipality in Pirkanmaa, with a population of 1,663.
The municipality covers an area of 274.95 square kilometres (106.16 sq mi), of which 16.47 km2 (6.36 sq mi) is water. Its population density is 6.43 inhabitants per square kilometre (16.7/sq mi). The administrative center of Juupajoki is Korkeakoski.
