Muurla is a former municipality in the Southwest Finland region of Finland. It was consolidated with the town of Salo on 1 January 2009, and since then it has formed part of Salo rather than existing as an independent municipality.
Before the merger, Muurla bordered the municipalities of Kisko, Perniö, Pertteli and Salo. These neighbouring areas lie in the same part of south-western Finland, an inland district of the Southwest Finland region.
