Sacañet is a municipality in the comarca of Alto Palancia, in the province of Castellón, within the Valencia region of Spain. It is a small inland settlement located in the mountainous interior of the region, rather than on the Valencian coast.
As a municipality, Sacañet forms part of the administrative structure of Alto Palancia, one of the comarcas into which the province of Castellón is divided. The area is characterised by its rural setting and low population density, typical of the inland villages of this part of Valencia.
