Polinyà de Xúquer is a municipality in the comarca of Ribera Baixa, in the Valencian Community of Spain. It is located in the eastern part of the Iberian Peninsula, within the province of Valencia.
The town lies in the Ribera Baixa district, a comarca situated in the coastal and lowland area south of the city of Valencia. The name Xúquer refers to the Júcar River, which flows through the region and gives the municipality part of its name.
As a Valencian municipality, Polinyà de Xúquer forms part of the autonomous community of the Valencian Community, one of Spain's seventeen autonomous communities. The town is one of several municipalities that make up the Ribera Baixa comarca.
