Montichelvo (officially Montitxelvo/Montichelvo) is a municipality in the comarca of Vall d'Albaida, in the province of Valencia, within the Valencian Community of Spain. It lies in the eastern part of the Iberian Peninsula, in the inland comarca of Vall d'Albaida.
The municipality covers a total area of 8.16 square kilometres. As of 1 January 2022, its registered population was 571, making it a small municipality by Spanish standards.
The place is officially known by both its Valencian name, Montitxelvo, and its Spanish name, Montichelvo, and it is located in the Valencian Community, a bilingual region where both Valencian and Spanish are recognised.
