Losa del Obispo is a municipality in the comarca of Los Serranos, within the Valencian Community of Spain. It lies in the province of Valencia, in the country's eastern interior.
The town's name in Valencian is La Llosa del Bisbe. Unlike many municipalities in the Valencian Community, its local language is Spanish rather than Valencian.
