Guadasequies (in Valencian, Guadasséquies) is a municipality in the Valencian Community of eastern Spain. It lies within the comarca of Vall d'Albaida, an inland district in the province of Valencia.
The town is one of the smaller settlements of the Vall d'Albaida, a comarca situated in the mountainous interior of the region, south of the city of Valencia. Like other municipalities in the area, it is officially bilingual, with both Valencian and Spanish in use.
Guadasequies is a rural Mediterranean municipality, and its most notable characteristic is simply its place within the Valencian administrative and cultural landscape of the Vall d'Albaida.
