Benimeli is a municipality in the comarca of Marina Alta, in the Valencian Community of Spain. It is located in the eastern part of the country, within the province of Alicante, in a region commonly known as the Marina Alta on the northern coast of the province.
The town is one of the smaller municipalities that make up the Marina Alta comarca, a district known for its Mediterranean landscape and its concentration of coastal and inland settlements.
