Alborache is a municipality in the comarca of Hoya de Buñol, within the Valencian Community of eastern Spain. It lies in the province of Valencia, in the inland part of the region rather than on the coast.
The town is one of the smaller settlements of the Hoya de Buñol, a comarca situated west of the city of Valencia. Like other municipalities in the area, it is administered as a local entity within the Valencian Community's system of comarcas and provinces.
Alborache is best known simply as one of the municipalities making up the Hoya de Buñol comarca, a grouping of towns and villages in the interior of Valencia province.
