Aigües is a municipality in the comarca of Alacantí, in the Valencian Community of Spain. It is located in the province of Alicante, in the southeastern part of the country.
The town belongs to the Alacantí comarca, a district whose administrative centre is the city of Alicante. Aigües is one of the smaller municipalities within this comarca, situated inland from the Mediterranean coast.
As a Valencian municipality, Aigües forms part of the autonomous community of the Valencian Community, one of Spain's seventeen autonomous communities. The name Aigües derives from the Catalan or Valencian word for "waters."
