Lapuebla de Labarca is a town and municipality in the province of Álava, in the Basque Country of northern Spain. It lies within the Rioja Alavesa area, the part of the Rioja wine region that falls inside the Basque Country.
The town has a population of 868 inhabitants. Its economy is agricultural and is centred on the production and sale of wine under the Rioja Alavesa Denominación de Origen.
