Muras is a municipality in the province of Lugo, in the autonomous community of Galicia, in northwestern Spain. It belongs to the comarca of Terra Chá.
The municipality is located in Galicia's inland north, within the Terra Chá district, a comarca whose name refers to the broad, relatively flat terrain characteristic of this part of the province of Lugo.
