Lobios is a municipality in the province of Ourense, within the autonomous community of Galicia in northwestern Spain. It forms part of the comarca of A Baixa Limia, a district in the southern interior of the province.
The municipality lies along Spain's border with Portugal to the south, placing it within the cross-border region of the Iberian Peninsula's northwest. Its estimated population in 2021 was 1,672.
