Irixoa is a municipality in northwestern Spain, located in the province of A Coruña within the autonomous community of Galicia. It forms part of the comarca (district) of Betanzos.
The municipality has a population of approximately 1,502 inhabitants. As a Galician municipality, it belongs to one of Spain's recognized historical autonomous communities in the country's northwest corner.
