Guntín is a municipality in the province of Lugo, within the autonomous community of Galicia in northwestern Spain. It forms part of the comarca (district) of Lugo, the surrounding administrative area centred on the city of Lugo.
As a Galician municipality, Guntín is a rural administrative unit made up of numerous small parishes and settlements rather than a single dense urban centre, a pattern typical of local government organisation across the region. It lies inland in Lugo province, in Galicia's interior.
