Valverde de la Vera is a municipality in the province of Cáceres, in the autonomous community of Extremadura, Spain. It is located in the comarca of La Vera, in the northeastern part of the province.
According to the 2005 census conducted by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), the municipality had a population of 618 inhabitants.
