Tornavacas is a municipality in the province of Cáceres, within the autonomous community of Extremadura, Spain. It is located in the north of the province, in the Valle del Jerte area near the border with the province of Ávila.
The municipality covers an area of 595 square kilometres (230 sq mi). As of 2011, its population was 1,170 people.
