Ibahernando is a municipality in Spain, located in the province of Cáceres within the autonomous community of Extremadura. It lies in the western-central part of the country, near the border with Portugal.
Like many settlements in this part of Extremadura, Ibahernando is a small rural municipality. The province of Cáceres is known for its extensive dehesa landscapes, open woodlands of holm oak and cork oak used for grazing and agriculture, which characterize much of the surrounding region.
