Torroella de Fluvià is a municipality in the comarca of Alt Empordà, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. It lies in the northeastern part of the country, within the historical and cultural region of Catalonia.
The municipality includes the village of Vilacolum. Among its notable landmarks is the Church of Sant Tomàs de Fluvià, an 11th-century building recognized as a Romanesque monument.
