Santa Coloma de Queralt is a municipality in the comarca of the Conca de Barberà in Catalonia, Spain. It lies in the province of Tarragona, in the northeastern part of the country.
The municipality has a population of 2,795. As a municipality, it is one of the basic units of local administration in Spain, covering the town itself together with any surrounding territory under the same local government.
Its location places it within the Conca de Barberà, an inland comarca of Catalonia whose name refers to the basin around the city of Barberà de la Conca. Santa Coloma de Queralt is one of the comarca's constituent municipalities.
