Sant Miquel de Fluvià is a municipality in the comarca of Alt Empordà, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. It lies in the Fluvià river basin in the north-east of the region, near the Costa Brava and the border with France.
The original part of the village sits just to the north of the river Fluvià. It is dominated by the tower of an 11th-century church, which was originally part of a Benedictine monastery. That monastery has since disappeared, leaving the church tower as the settlement's most prominent historic feature.
