Sant Martí Vell is a village and municipality in the province of Girona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. It is located in the comarca of Gironès, in the northeastern part of the country.
The municipality covers an area of 17.48 square kilometres (6.75 square miles). Its population was recorded as 242 in 2014, making it a small and sparsely populated rural community.
