Sant Ferriol is a village and municipality in the province of Girona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. It is located in the comarca of Garrotxa, in the northeastern part of the country.
The municipality covers an area of 42.26 square kilometres (16.32 square miles). Its population was recorded as 240 in 2014, making it a sparsely populated rural municipality.
