Regencós is a village and municipality in the province of Girona, in the autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. It is located in the comarca of Baix Empordà, in the northeastern part of the country near the Costa Brava.
The municipality covers an area of 6.23 square kilometres (2.41 square miles). Its population was recorded as 291 in 2014, making it a small and sparsely populated settlement.
