Mont-ral is a municipality in the comarca of Alt Camp, in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain. It is located in the northeastern part of the Alt Camp region, within the mountainous area of the Prades Mountains.
The municipality has a population of 174. It is one of the smallest municipalities in the comarca by population, reflecting the sparse settlement pattern typical of this inland, mountainous part of Catalonia.
