Caldes d'Estrac is a municipality in the comarca of Maresme, in the Catalonia region of Spain. It lies on the Mediterranean coast, situated between the towns of Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Arenys de Mar.
The town is served by the main N-II road, which runs along the coast, and by a station on the Renfe railway line. Its position on the coast and its rail and road connections place it within the coastal corridor of the Maresme comarca.
