Bot is a town in the comarca of Terra Alta, in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain. It lies between the Serra de la Solsida and the Serra dels Pesells mountain ranges.
The town has a population of 548. Terra Alta is an inland comarca in southern Catalonia, and Bot is one of its smaller municipalities.
