Argentona is a municipality located in the Maresme comarca within the Catalonia region of Spain. It sits on the south-east side of the granite littoral zone and is positioned to the north-west of Mataró.
The town serves as both a tourist center and a notable horticultural center. It is connected by a local road that links it to Cabrera de Mar and to the main N-II road at Vilassar de Mar.
