Villabrázaro is a municipality in Spain, located in the province of Zamora within the autonomous community of Castile and León. It lies in the northwestern part of the country, in a region characterized by a continental Mediterranean climate and a landscape of plains and low hills typical of the Duero basin.
According to the 2004 census conducted by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), the municipality had a population of 352 residents. This small population figure reflects the modest scale of the settlement and the broader pattern of rural depopulation seen across much of inland Spain during the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries.
As a municipality, Villabrázaro holds the administrative status that in Spain entails a local government with a mayor and municipal council, responsible for basic public services within its defined territory. The town's name and administrative identity are distinct from other, larger places in Spain that share similar-sounding names, and it remains a small rural community within the province of Zamora.
