Puebla de Pedraza is a municipality in the province of Segovia, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It is located in the central part of the country, in a region characterised by the plains and rural landscapes of the northern Meseta.
The municipality is small, with a population recorded as 91 inhabitants in the 2004 census carried out by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE). Like many villages in the province of Segovia, it forms part of a sparsely populated rural area where agriculture has traditionally been the main economic activity.
Its administrative status as a municipality means it has its own local council, which governs the village and any smaller settlements within its boundaries. The name links it to the nearby locality of Pedraza, a historic walled town in the same province, though Puebla de Pedraza is a separate and distinct municipality in its own right.
