Muñotello is a municipality in Spain, located in the province of Ávila within the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is a small rural settlement in the region's mountainous terrain, typical of the many minor municipalities that make up this part of central-western Spain.
Like other villages in the province of Ávila, Muñotello is situated in an area characterised by a continental Mediterranean climate, with cold winters and hot, dry summers. The surrounding landscape is dominated by the hills and valleys of the Sistema Central, and the local economy has traditionally been based on agriculture and livestock.
The municipality is one of a large number of small population centres in the province, which is known for its medieval walls, Romanesque churches, and well-preserved historic towns. Muñotello itself remains a quiet, sparsely populated village, sharing the administrative and cultural framework of the Castile and León region.
