Entrala is a municipality in Spain, located in the province of Zamora within the autonomous community of Castile and León. It lies in the northwestern part of the country, in a region characterised by a continental Mediterranean climate and a landscape of plains and low hills typical of the Duero basin.
The municipality is small, with a population recorded as 162 inhabitants in the 2009 census carried out by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE). Like many rural settlements in the province of Zamora, Entrala has a modest population base and is administered as a single municipal entity.
Its position in the province of Zamora places it within one of Spain's less densely populated areas, where agriculture and small-scale local activity have traditionally shaped the character of its villages. The municipality's official status and population figures are recorded through Spain's standard municipal census system.
