Cervatos de la Cueza is a municipality in the province of Palencia, part of the autonomous community of Castile and León in Spain.
The municipality's recorded population has declined steadily since the beginning of the twentieth century. According to INE censuses, Cervatos de la Cueza reported 808 inhabitants in 1900, a figure that had fallen to 397 by 2000 and stood at 262 in 2018.
