Cerezo de Río Tirón is a municipality in Spain, located in the province of Burgos within the autonomous community of Castile and León.
It is one of the many small municipalities that make up the Burgos province in northern Spain, a region characterised by its rural settlements and historic ties to the broader Castilian landscape. The town takes part of its name from the Río Tirón, the river associated with the locality.
