Cebanico is a municipality in the province of León, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It lies in the northern part of the country, in a region characterised by a continental climate and a landscape of plains and low hills typical of the Leonese interior.
The municipality is small and sparsely populated. According to the 2010 census carried out by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE), Cebanico had a population of 195 inhabitants. Like many rural municipalities in this part of Castile and León, it is made up of a compact core together with surrounding scattered settlement and farmland.
Its administrative status as a municipality places it within the provincial governance structures of León and the regional framework of Castile and León. The 2010 census figure remains the principal published demographic reference for the locality.
