Castroverde de Cerrato is a municipality in the province of Valladolid, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It lies in the Cerrato district, a comarca that straddles the provinces of Valladolid and Palencia.
According to the 2004 census conducted by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE), the municipality had a population of 266 inhabitants. The small population is consistent with the rural character of much of the surrounding Cerrato area.
