Bustillo del Páramo de Carrión is a municipality in the province of Palencia, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It lies in the northern part of the country, in a region characterised by the flat, elevated terrain known as the páramo, from which the locality takes part of its name.
At the 2004 census conducted by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE), the municipality had a population of 82. This small figure reflects the modest scale of the settlement and the wider pattern of low population density typical of many rural municipalities in the province of Palencia.
As a municipality, Bustillo del Páramo de Carrión forms part of the administrative structure of the province of Palencia, which in turn belongs to the autonomous community of Castile and León. The name Carrion in its title links it to the surrounding comarca associated with the town of Carrión de los Condes.
