Briviesca is a municipality and city in northern Spain, located on the Iberian Peninsula. It is the head of the judicial district of Briviesca, the capital of the comarca of La Bureba, and lies in the province of Burgos within the autonomous community of Castile and León.
According to demographic data from 2017, the municipality had 6,861 inhabitants, making it the fourth most populated municipality in the province of Burgos. The municipality of Briviesca is made up of five towns: Briviesca itself, along with Cameno, Quintanillabón, Revillagodos and Valdazo.
