Berlangas de Roa is a municipality and town in the province of Burgos, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It lies in the Ribera del Duero area of the province, near the town of Roa.
The municipality is small and rural. According to the 2004 census (INE), it had a population of 226 inhabitants.
