Spain

Becilla de Valderaduey is a municipality in the province of Valladolid, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It lies in the northern part of the Iberian Peninsula, in the broad plateau region of central Spain that characterises much of Castile and León.

The municipality is small, with a population of 206 inhabitants recorded in the 2025 census by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE). Its name derives from the Valderaduey, the river associated with the area, a tributary of the Duero basin that gives the settlement its second name element.

As a municipality, Becilla de Valderaduey is the basic unit of local administration in Spain, encompassing the settlement and its surrounding rural territory. Like many villages in this part of Castile and León, it is set within an agricultural landscape typical of the region.
