Ayuela is a municipality in the province of Palencia, within the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain. It lies roughly 80 kilometres from Palencia, the provincial capital, and about 125 kilometres from Valladolid, the capital of the autonomous community.
The municipality is sparsely populated. According to the 2004 census recorded by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE), Ayuela had a population of 69 inhabitants.
