Avellanosa de Muñó is a municipality and town in Spain, located in the province of Burgos within the autonomous community of Castile and León.
It is a small rural municipality. According to the 2013 census conducted by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), the municipality had a population of 122 inhabitants.
