Almenara de Tormes is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, in western Spain. It forms part of the autonomous community of Castile and León.
The village is located about 18 kilometres (11 miles) from the city of Salamanca, the provincial capital. It lies at an elevation of 782 metres (2,566 feet) above sea level, and the municipality covers an area of 19 square kilometres (7.3 square miles). Its post code is 37115.
