Adrada de Pirón is a municipality in Spain, located in the province of Segovia within the autonomous community of Castile and León.
It is a very small rural municipality. According to the 2004 census carried out by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), Adrada de Pirón had a population of 47 inhabitants.
