Polán is a municipality in the province of Toledo, within the autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It lies in the central part of the country, in the region surrounding the city of Toledo.
According to the 2014 census, Polán had a population of 3,952 inhabitants. As a municipality, it is one of the many small administrative units that make up the province of Toledo.
