Pastrana is a municipality in the province of Guadalajara, in the autonomous community of Castilla–La Mancha, Spain. It lies in the central part of the country, within the historic region of La Alcarria.
As of 1 January 2022, Pastrana had a registered population of 850. The municipality covers a total area of 95.70 square kilometres, giving it a low population density typical of rural Castilla–La Mancha.
